What happens after panic sets in and they shoot too many? Now they have only 5-6 shots and have to reload. Talk about nerve racking with reloading each bullet under stress. I believe the FBI came out with a study and said 70-80% of the shots taken from trained officers miss. I would think that a little "extra" training on rerack and emergency drills will be more than beneficial when it comes time to reload more ammo with a magazine full of 15 more bullets.
