They can be found in Home Depot parking lot early in the morning.

This was similar to the rake posted above, but instead of having a rake head on it, it had a rectangular piece of metal. You just drag it back and forth across the dirt, stone or whatever. It was an effortless way to move the stuff and smooth it out.
