To give you some hope, the content is awesome. I really like everything about it. Garrisons have potential to be really cool. If you can get in just run dungeons. Talked to someone who said that dungeons worked fine and were fun.

I'm bored of it already, I am not a big wow guy though. I have played since beta for vanilla, was super happy to be back to the war craft roots. Just mixture between the lag, nerfs since I last played since my spellbar is missing shite and I guess no community to play with since no guild. Got half way to 91 and did my garrison. Bored now

Still in Q. Might not even play tonight. A bit disappointing. First time it's taken more then a few hours for them to hash out problems.

I got in and finished the Horde starting zone - got to 92 and about 37% of the way through 93. Bedtime though - alarm goes off in 5 hours. Sucks that the entire game has gone to complete shite tonight - it's a really great expansion so far from the first zone I completed. Great art, storytelling, etc.

I had heard rumors that a group was planning one, but no one really thought to take it seriously. To have as much uptime as they've had (I have like 15 hours played) with a DDOS with a launch this big is insanity. It goes to show how good these guy really are. They'll get it sorted.

The forums have been almost as fun as playing. People freaking out saying they are quitting. Calling blizzard a terrible company, then going on to say they've played since vanilla beta

They're performing maintenance at 5:00 pst. One of my friends is playing and said it's been lag free for about 2 hours.

Finally got on and played for a bit (stopped just after getting Garrison). So far it's been great. Zones are gorgeous. Quests are varied and interesting.
Lag is still a bit of an issue. Once I got out of the starting zone I had noticeable mount and loot lag. Also had issues with creatures not phasing until I was already on top of them. Other than that it was fine. Looking forward to putting in more time this weekend.

i played about 2 hours last night and had no lag issues at all. i am really happy with what I have seen so far.

I woke up for launch and played pretty hard all day. Reached 100 around 5:30 ish CT.
I loved the zones and leveling experience. Garrisons were cool, when I got a chance to enter it anyway.
My server got hit on and off with bad latency spikes, but it never really lasted more than 20-25 minutes and it was fine again. It REALLY got bad after 3-4pm when the normal school/work crowd seemed to log in.
Very impressed so far. Looking to get into a few heroic dungeons this weekend and figuring out gearing/more Garrison tinkering.

After my character being stuck in his garrison with about 100 other people for 10 hours yesterday I was finally about to play again at about 3 this morning, and the game was perfect till it came down for "maintenance". I'll try again if and when it comes up.
I fully expect it to get extended. again.

I really thought (on my server) they had saved the launch when everything was smooth after around 8am cst. It turned bad really fast. I got out of SMV before everything hit the fan there on my server.

Well...after a three hour queue, I now get the perpetual "Character Not Found" announcement. Loads to 90% then...boom! Nothing
