The thing is, you know these people were in full PPE. How do you get Ebola if you're following procedure and wearing PPE?

The first time Duncan went to the ER the disease wasn't diagnosed and no extraordinary precautions were taken. Given the 2-3 week incubation period, people exposed to him during that visit would start showing symptoms about now. Look for a few more people of the hospital staff to come down with the disease.

Didn't decontaminate properly. That's how most of the health care workers are getting it.

Because they didn't follow the proper procedure when wearing PPE or removing it.
