How and what do you recommend to neutralize this smell. I've spayed to area with a bleach solution to prevent any mold.

If it still smells it's still wet so first you need to dry it out.

Try a dehumidifier.

What is the smell in/on?
I have a small hunting camper that I mostly use during hunting season only. I keep the A/C running to keep it from mildewing.
Also have some DampRid in there. It's hanging bags that absorb the moisture. Change them out every 2 weeks. DO NOT let the bags burst. Stank

All the above suggestions and try putting open sheets of newspaper. I've used that before to absorb the rank smell of a freezer that defrosted/went without power x 2 wks in August

A microban cleaner will work if you can get to where the smell is coming from. I used it in my garage walls when my beach house flooded. Kills mold and makes it smell better. Grainger sells it. You can also find it on amazon. As someone else stated, fix the cause first.
