You have to get the CFL dimmable bulbs to get rid of the buzz. i have Led bulbs in the lights over my island , which are on a dimmer, and they buzz.

From what I've read, even the dimmable CFLs will buzz on the old cheap knob-style that are specifically meant for incandescent. I may just have to get rid of my dimmers or upgrade them. I only have two -- one in the living room and one in the dining room.
My house burns through lightbulbs faster than it should, though. Mostly the ceiling fans. In one room, before I replaced the ceiling fan, the fan could not run if the light was also on. I watched it burn out a bulb in under 10 seconds.
