Confirm without them knowing you suspect something. Become a PI for a couple of days.

I think most people who are being cheated on have to know deep down that it's happening.

Check text messages on here phone when she is not around every now and then and the question her a few times when her story about where she had been doesn't add up.

Then hire a PI if that doesn't work.

yes. you walk right up to them and ask them if they are cheating. Because they will certainly give you an honest answer.

as suggested, hire a PI. If you can't afford one, look for spyware/apps you can load on the person's phone.

Or just say frick it, let this shite play out. you'll get an answer soon enough.

They will always project. Admit something small to her like you fantasized about another woman and act really torn up about it, then gauge her reaction. Hell she might even just come out and say she's cheating.
