I can think of several in the SEC that don't.

Hell, I even think Miles created that spreadsheet by the look of it. Looks like 11 bullet points in one column. Mastered the shading of the unused columns, but couldn't figure out how to limit the highlighting of the money toss-dive play so it didn't also highlight the shaded cells.

Based on what I watched yesterday, it is eerily similar to the 49ers offense. It is a pro-style currently used in the NFL by some teams, apparently.
