Talked with roger today... he apologized up and down about the cables. He said "no way man, several of us checked that" the pic on the site that they have shows bi-wire. He is getting new cables made at the factory for me. He said they are better than the ones I have and he will even swap. Not sure which ones as I was driving and didn't catch which ones he said.
Said, man we lost our arse on those cables... I feel like a dumbass.
I told him not to worry about it, he said he does b/c he cares that I get the right shite.
I should have them by the end of the week, which is good b/c I'm out all week.

I told you he would make it right. I am glad to hear he is doing just that.
Also, the VTF (vertical tracking force), is determined by the cartridge, not the turntable. Every cartridge has a desired VTF. It is always stated in the owners manual for the cart as well as online on the manufacturer's website.
What cartridge are you using? It should be somewhere between 1.6 and 2.2 grams.
I also have a device called The Fosgometer, which allows fine setting of azimuth, which is the lateral position of the diamond in the groove. THIS is the device.
Also, if you need some cables to get you by, let me know...I have a ton of cables in all lengths, terminations, and pedigrees.
