I don't use an anchor trolly, but they are nice when sticking position in the wind. You could fashion a cheapy one from the hardware isle @ lowesdepot on the fly.
pack light; only essential i.e. beer, gold spoon, the griz, vhf, stringer. I used to bring all sorts of crap and downsized over the years.
