Brandon Harris has shown potential to be the best quarterback LSU has ever had.
It's not just how strong his arm is or how well he runs. Its not even the vision he seems to have or how he progresses through his options. There are many great qualities he has shown.
He's a true freshman and the starting spot wasn't handed to him. He is driven. Most importantly he's a gamer and a winner.

It's the X factor. The swag factor.

Time will tell and he still has things to prove. He also has things he will learn with experience.
IMO he has a spark that experience and training can't teach. I believe with the keys we now have on offense, we now have potential to be unstoppable the rest of the season. If not this year look out 2015!
It's really exciting to watch this team develop.

I wish people would quit placing these ridiculous limitations on him. he has shown to be the best quarterback the world has ever seen not just for LSU. its a little early but he could also be the best pure athlete the world has ever seen. songs will be written about him. women will flock to him. men will respect him. children will look upon their parents with disappointment that they are so unlike brandon harris.

All of this is fact.

Best "LSU" has ever had why don't you open your eyes and realize he's way better than that?

Potential being the key word here. If that skinny dude gets hit hard one time...... we in trouble. We are one or two good hits away from a losing season. On the other hand, if he stays healthy and continues what he's been dong, maybe we go to the playoffs? There is a TON of weight on this young mans shoulders.

A lot of questions will be answered this weekend. I look for Auburn to bring the house early and often to try to shake up his confidence. I get the sense that Auburn is reeling a bit right now and they're not quite sure how to handle Harris. Could be a big game for us if the Oline and running backs do a good job with the defensive front.

Yeah, let's not crown him just yet.

First it was LF with you people winning a Heisman in his first year, and now this. You people have some of the most unreal expectations I have ever seen in a fan base. You think every player is the next God's greatest gift to football.

These players are very young and have a lot to learn and are going to make a lot of mistakes first, before they ever see greatness (if they do). Why not just let them grow up?

1) You sound exactly like these jackassess over here in South Carolina ... Clemson idiots going apeshit over Deshaun Watson ... because he looked good vs. North Carolina.

Jesus, calm down.

People were saying the same thing about Jacory Harris at Miami a few years back.."future Heisman", "bringing back the swag"...that didn't really pan out. You have to wait a few games before you anoint someone the messiah.

Reading between the lines of Coach mles.s talk on harris is that some times he tries to do too much and gets in trouble hopefully that will pass !
