That's funny. Why would they want to lose an election?

I just learned, from you, that Reps want only people who think like them to vote.

Very elitist of you.

Okay. Same goes for those you listed.

Are you implying that the ones I listed are not morons or bat shite crazy?

No. Just listing a few from the other side of the aisle since you only listed those with a D next to their name.

As I said, both sides are full of morons, and rely heavily on uninformed voters to retain their seats. You seem to think it's only the Dems that do it. You are misinformed, or blinded by your bias.

Not quite.

People only get to vote for Presidential electors if their state legislature decides to hold an election for electors. They are free to appoint the electors themselves.

Unfortunately. If you don't pay taxes or can't pass a simple civics test, you should not be allowed to vote.

Thank you.

Putting these three uncontroversial points together leads to the conclusion that as democracies become more democratic, their decision-making processes become of lower quality in terms of cognitive processing of issues and candidate choice. The paradox is both historical – why have democracies expanded the franchise to include relatively ignorant voters? – and normative – why should democracies expand the franchise to include relatively ignorant voters?

What a great way to choose our leaders! No wonder this country is going down the shutter.

I can't wait to hear their "reasoning" why ever moron should vote.

And another ignorant Dem chimes in.

If you seriously think I can't pass a civics test or pay income taxes, you're as dumb as I thought you are.

I seriously think you are in fact a moron.

Every so often a poster rolls through here demanding that we test voters or require them to jump through a series of hoops because said poster's favorite candidate got his arse kicked...again.

You're no different.

This is America...where everyone has the right to vote.

If you want only a small elite to be the only ones to vote...there are many fine dictatorships which you can make a home in.

Since when do only a finite number of elite people have a fricking ID?

A hyperbolic, foolish post from you.

Per the par.
