With the exception of Perrilloux being more stoutly built they are very similar in terms of talent, arm and instincts.

Disagree. Perrilloux was an athlete, but not as much as Harris is and not in the same way. Perrilloux's instincts in HS were top. He was a 4.75 guy, but he had amazing running instincts. Flynn timed higher in the 40 than Perrilloux. Would also put Perrilloux's arm talent a notch before the Mett, JR, and Harris's of the world. (In other words, the guys with insane canons for arms.)

What made RP such an amazing prospect is that in HS he had the complete physical package and amazing instincts for the game. Harris came out of HS as a much more raw prospect, but I would put his physical talent a notch above.

Who knows but Harris (IMO) has one of the strongest arms I've ever seen. He's in the class with Bert Jones, JaMarcus, and Mett. I'm not sure I would include RP among them (maybe so). Just get him outside the pocket and tell Chi/Travin "go long."
