Huh, guess I need to read my articles closer . It does not cause water retention. I guess the bloated look is not water then.

As for preworkout, the benefit I get is an enormous boost in energy. No matter how tired I am, I am ready to go for hours when I take a preworkout and when I am normal, it makes me want to run through a wall. They aren't for everyone though because of the tingling feeling under your skin. Some people feel like tearing their skin off because they can't stand it. I don't mind it and once I start lifting, it goes away.

I love it. My hands shake sometimes as I drive to workout and my knee bounces like mad. Put on Tool. Get jacked up. Do a warm up and then go nuts. Love that feeling.

Get it with caffeine mostly, too.
