Exactly. And to think someone went so far as to call me a communist bc I chose (along with my neighbors) to live in a nice place that is regulated to ensure that it stays nice. Again, if anyone wants to live in a pace without an HOA and this insurance they are free to do so. Nobody ever forced anyone to move where there is an HOA. It's a choice. Hardly communism.
