No that would be for the 4 ton system at 16 SEER with variable speed AHU.

Just had a 18 SEER 4 ton Trane air conditioner system installed. Replaced the air handler in the attic, added two new ducts, and replaced a few others that were incorrectly sized as well.
It was 12 grand. Summer electric bill use to be around $200, now it's around $150.
