hes filming while he has his kids with him. Basically starting shite with a cop. Good or bad as far as the legal standpoint who cares. Got his kids with him doing that is piece of shite move. If he's at wal mart, he gets bonus pos points.

So peacefully filming something in public from 25ft away is starting shite? He wasn't yelling at or interfering with the cop, the cop started yelling at him cause he didn't want to be recorded. The cop was starting shite with a law abiding citizen.
