It won't. At least while the founder or his family controls the company.

They do a great job with customer service.

People are addicted to sugar and their batter is made with powdered sugar which is why it taste so good. If you look at the lines in the drive through you will notice that it's mostly women. They think this is a healthier alternative than hamburgers.

Additionally, their franchisee's don't actually own anything. There working partners that receive a percentage of the profits but have no assets. They do a great job of hiring because they are closed on Sundays and most of their operators are involved in a church, which is where they get their employee's from.

It certainly is working and more power to them.
