It's a shame that we have to call people idiots, imbeciles, and just downright worthless human beings, at the expense of these kid's memories and their families feelings.
I try to understand some people's obsession with distrust of government, distrust of media, or not being able to believe it unless you see it with your own eyes, but damn. Sometimes enough is enough. Not everything, and probably most of the time, everything isn't a conspiracy, a scandal, a hoax.
We landed on the moon. Elvis is dead. Sandy Hook happened. Idiots.

Logic tells me that crazy things happen occasionally. Logic tells me that pulling a stunt like this would be very sophisticated and impossible to pull off.
Logic also tells me that our government has done shady things in the past...things like intentionally giving people syphilis and not treating them. Heck this own administration orchestrated a gun-running operation that they knew would result in innocent people being killed.
It isn't illogical to ask questions and it isn't illogical to not blindly believe everything you are told

While I get it, knowing the UCR reporting system the way I do, it's not surprising the murder number is 0.
There's about 10 ways that one line item stat on that report could be wrong.

question for you... if the gov't stopped the straw purchases (which they could have thanks to gun control laws), do you think these mexican drug cartels would not have had these guns which killed innocent people?
