3.2 still exists and you cant get more than 1.5 oz of liquor. Not sure about the 1pm thing. Cant have more than two drinks in front of you at a time. Something about you have to order food at some places.
Basically, I learned that it is better to order wine or beer because most cocktails are ridiculously small.

ETA: Nevermind. I see you're in Seattle. Try some Elysian products while you're up there. They have some very good pumpkin beers. I like a couple of them even though I normally don't like them. Dragonstooth Stout is good, and Dayglow and Space Dust are pretty good IPAs. I was especially impressed with Dayglow.
Fremont makes some damn good beers. The only other thing I know about Washington beers is that they aren't as good as Oregon beers...
