Anyone built one of those creepers for a truck?

I don't ever work on cars, and it is a PITA getting in the right position when working on the top of a truck engine. Was thinking about getting one, but they are all $150+. After looking at them, it seems like I could build the same thing for $50 in materials.

Have yall ever built/used them, and do they help a lot?

If your truck wasn't leveled you wouldn't need this.

They do look nifty though. I usually ended up standing on buckets or something else super sketchy.
