i dunno, Lost?
Lost needed an ending though. Arrested Development you could keep going forever.

The Chuck & Sarah shite got waaaay to sappy. Towards the end I was hoping she died just to give the show some suspense. I mean shite I was hoping for any main character to die
If we had lived in an FT world, the writers would've known they had forever seasons for Chuck and things would've played out differently in respect to that from season 2 on.

For me: South Park
Would be a close second to Star Trek: The Original Series.
Those 2 would be 1 and 2. Rounding out the top 5 would be Sopranos, The Shield and Breaking Bad in no particular order.
Game of Thrones is on the outside looking in.

The Twilight Zone. New episodes written by Rod Serling and Richard Matheson would be amazing every week.

Plenty of stories to tell even after the movie.

The Following
If I had access to this board and those classic in-show threads, then I'm in.
Seinfeld
Scrubs
Southpark
Any of the 3 and I'm good to go.

I see a lot of comedies for this, I could never watch a comedy that much, regardless of quality. But I think:
It would have to be something with a near infinite serial story or an extremely original episodic structure.
I'll think about it, but certainly not a half-hour comedy, just not enough meat there to chew on every week for the rest of my life.

The Simpsons.
You'd never run out of episodes.
EDIT -- Misread the OP's premise that the show is ongoing.
In that case, Seinfeld.
