I kinda agree with venture. Nothing better than having a grandkid in the boat and netting a fish for he/her. Or calling ducks and watching my battery mates slay em. But the best part is watching my chase after a cripple with four decoys in tow and a brick on each one, and he hasn't missed a beat.

.and also the only fish I really care about catching is hunted.
I love fishing, but if all i could do for the rest of my life was troll for bills, I'd never go fishing again.

Fishing

Louisiana: freshwater fishing, inshore fishing, and offshore fishing.

Can not beat it. Easy choice.

I agree, but it's worth it if you hook up.

Exactly, I can shoot does all day. But it's not why I hunt. I hunt for big pappy.

Same with fishing. I can catch trout or reds or snapper or whatever all day. It's not why I go, I go for the thrill of the big cow.

All I know is after I hooked up to a blue for the first time, I was in love forever. I couldn't care less about another fish. I will choose her over any other.

Some would call deer hunting the same thing.

They are the same in my book, and both give me the same big adrenaline rush.

Most things associated with the deep woods is just boring to me- from deer hunting to perch jerking.

It's impossible to love trout fishing and think that perk jerking is boring. It's literally the exact same thing.

Also, to answer the OP, fishing hands down. I love warm weather and water. And the smell of burnt oil when you first crank up a 2 stroke in the morning
