Where do you rank Bruce Arians among NFL head coaches?

I realize he has a lot to prove and has yet to coach a team in the playoffs, but including his interim time with Indy he has coached nearly two full seasons and is 22-9 as a head coach in the NFL. I think he's well on his way to becoming one of the top HCs in the NFL and was a slam dunk hire for Arizona

So far he's been impressive.

not enough time to prove anything...he's been impressive
I still think Marvin Lewis is sticking out this year
he took over the shittiest of shitty teams, built a really good team, had to hit reset and blow it up and in a few short years has built a super bowl contending team

His presser glasses take him up a notch, he's gotta do something in post season though.

I would like to see Lewis and Cincy make a deep run this year. I'm impressed and surprised Brown has built such a deep and talented roster

very impressed with him so far, it's a completely different culture there now. i know they are not that far removed from the whisenhunt/warner era, but still very impressive nonetheless.

The way he's winning with an aging Palmer and Drew Stanton is really impressive to me. They've assembled a wealth of defensive talent.

He is looking pretty good so far
Leaves the Steelers and the last two years that offense has gone backwards.
Takes over the Colts with the worse record in the league the year before and wins coach of the year.
Has Arizona sitting atop the division.

Definitely. The Cards certainly did better last year than I had though (obviously SF and SEA were really damn good). He did a very nice job filling in for Pagano in 2012 as well.

I'm sure in off on this, but I can't remember a division in sports turning around as a whole as much as the nfc West has the last 3-4 years. Truly impressive.
I mean it was a complete joke.
