Grip is very close to the p30 but the stippling on the polymer is a different design.
It uses the same mag release as the p30 (not the small p2000 one) and is lighter and thinner than a p30. The controls are different but I think they did that to make it a better conceal carry gun. It is thinner but they sell slim mag releases for the p30 that are similar.
I have not had time to take to the range though with work.
