Tuna steaks
Ive had them in the freezer for about 3 months from a trip in June. Longest I ever let them go frozen and i was suprised by how well they kept. I washed them with disstilled water, soaked them them in distilled water with dissolved salt, wrapped them in shrink wrap, and then put in freezer bag. Very close to as good a they where fresh.

I know a guy who flys ac130's and a guy who flys apaches.

Maybe they can commandeer us some shite for a Texas pig hunt.

I imagine pig or ISIS hunting out of an apache to be the best thing ever.

I love my job and still have days that I don't want to go in, especially during the winter

I love mine too.

It wouldn't be work if you didn't want to go some days. That's why I consider my college farm job I had to be a paid hobby.

It keeps fairly decent. Before I replaced my food sealer, I'd wrap it in Saran Wrap and then freezer bag it. This was in may. I'm still eating on it, while it's not as good as it was fresh. It's still pretty good.

The only reason I like mine oddly enough is because I am under qualified for it and it's challenging as hell. I like to think I'm doing a good job of becoming qualified quickly.

I wish there was such a thing as a cold fire for summer.

Looks and smells just like fire, but is cold as hell
