I love Les and want him to stay. But if we needed to replace him with someone, there's a coach available that recently won a BCS championship.

I'm not anti Miles, but he needs to get off his a$$ and realize that his tired ole hey diddle diddle, straight up the middle offense is not going to work any more. We no longer have the talent up front, on either side of the ball, to dominate the LOS.
I cannot see Les being willing to change and go the Harris in the spread, nor can I see Chavis changing up to stuntling DL instead of a straight bull rush on every play.
Our schemes are simplistic and outdated, based on having studs up front that can dominate. We do not have this kind of talent in our bigs any more. If Les refuses to adapt quickly, he will go the same route that Chizik went - down in flames.
