Yards per rush? How can this be? All the guys who worship the booger land or whatever said we'd have Herschel Walker x1,000,000.

You cannot run the ball when the other team has everyone in the box because we are in a double tight end power I formation. It just can't be done.

The whole game was a train wreck

No solid or experienced DT or MLB.

But in defense of the D, its easy to give up yards when the offense keeps going 3& out or on very short drives.

The O line was bad... but Jennings hesitates WAY too much after his first (and usually only) read. Hes real good at hitting that initial guy, but not so much on his 2nd or even a safety valve.

Prescott is good. But if Mullen keeps playing him like he did against us, he won't last thru the season.

Hats off to MSU. They wanted this win and played not to lose.

Our Front 7 on D was one of my biggest concerns going into the season. We had trouble stopping physical type offenses last season. Doesn't help that Prescott is bigger than each of our LB but that's the kind that Chavis wants.
