I want the best QB to play. However what evidence is there that Harris would do any better than Jennings when put in the same scenario? BH came in when MSU was in prevent and just trying to run out the clock, and LSU had to spread it out and throw. If he starts, do you really think Les and co. change the offense? I don't. That poor kid would have as little a chance to play to his strengths as AJ does.

I understand your point. If the offense as we are currently running it remains the same, no one will succeed. Harris has more talent than Jennings does, and he is obviously a better runner.

No evidence he would do better but if your boat is engulfed in flames you don't worry about checking for sharks.

Unfortunately AJ does not have a strength. He clearly throws to only the player that was designated on play to receive the ball. Also his form for throwing the ball is awful, he never steps into the pass, his left foot is straight under him and his right doesn't even touch the ground alot of times. The receivers spend way to much time waiting for balls to get to them. I have been pro AJ all season long but last night shows me he is not improving.Whether Harris can do any better remains to be seen.

At least with Harris on the run, he has the speed to make something happen. Jennings added muscle over the offseason and he just looks slow as frick right now. I mean he can run enough to escape pressure, but he is not a dual threat. He is more like a Bridgewater in the fact that his legs are more useful to scramble with.

Harris has made something out of nothing with his legs nearly every time he has been out there.

Also, the fans need to be patient with him. We knew beforehand that we would rely on the run game and defense. But now since we don't even have that, it'll have to lean on the pass game alot more.
