It doesn't sound like from the multiple eyewitness twitter accounts that JW directed it at any single person or group of people.
I feel like the fact that it's a well-known meme should give FSU enough cover to get by with a 1 game suspension. Unless video evidence proves that he was directing it at somebody they'd be lame to kick him off team.

with prior incidents and no reason to believe he'll mature anytime soon, they'd be justified IMO by cutting their losses with a liability. he's brought them a natty and a heisman that's marred by scandal after scandal.

I don't think there's a secret that he is on thin ice.
Even if he doesn't get kicked off for this, his pattern of reckless behavior would lead one to surmise he will do something less than savory in the near future.
I wish he would cool it down and keep his nose to the grindstone. He is a great athlete that could be an NFL hall of famer with his arms and legs. Sadly I don't think he has the brains for it.
