If we are forced to buy insurance them they should be forced to sell it. Thanks mark Pryor and all democrats for the most fricked up law ever besides prohibition.

That said... with 60% of the exchange offering off the market, I can't see how this "will bend the cost curve down" for exchange plans. The government will have to make up the difference.
And let's not forget... the employer mandate hasn't even kicked in yet...
