I gotta disagree w/ you on that. I think Poche's has a darn good product.

Billy's smoked is very good, I agree... only better smoked boudin I've found is at T-Jims in Cottonport.

I just typed my boudin review of 7 places I tried last week. Took me 2 hours to download the pics and type the damn thing. Got to the very end and bam, something blocked a malicious act by tigerdroppings.com and closed the page. Screw it. My boudin rankings of the place I visited:

The best boudin in Lafayette is Johnson's. Scott and Breaux Bridge or any other listed isn't in Lafayette.

My top three in no particular order are:

Best Stop
Nu-Nu's
Johnson's

All the others doesn't really matter
