re: More crunk please! Seriously WTF is wrong with people!

I'm in a section of the Terrace that always seems to have a couple rows of fans from the opposing team sitting nearby. Often they are diehard traveling fans or family/relatives of the players. It is fun to watch them react to the Crunk. They look around the Dome, bewildered, like we have totally lost our minds. Especially fans from kind of sedate or uptight cities, that don't have lively stadiums. They don't know what to make of us. It's kinda fun to sing it at them and point "here we come to get YOU." And during blowouts when we score 5, 6 times, the repetition really gets under their skin after a while. Few things are better than standing up for the crunk song in the 3rd quarter, while fans of the other team decide they've had enough and begin to file out to the exits.

I'm not crazy about it, it's getting old, but I don't mind it either. They kind of ruined it by making it an announced and sponsored thing though. Okay everybody, here's your People's Health Metlife Budweiser Ocshner Zataran's Stand Up And Get Crunk Dance. Then it becomes forced.
