Would you not video it? It's incredibly difficult for fathers to get full custody. Mother has to be either incarcerated, caught with drugs, or evidence of abuse.

It's strange, but I can see his actions being reasonable under some circumstances.
Say she's got the kid and a history of flipping out and doing shite like this. I've been around enough women who pitch fits and threaten to throw out a guy's shite or whatever to picture it. Perhaps they got in a fight on the phone and she said she was going to hurt his kid and leave him outside the apartment with the garbage.
He thinks its possible she's going to do something fricked up, so he rushes over and gets the camera phone out for what he expects might be a fricked up situation. That's giving him some credit, but seems somewhat plausible, I think.

Yeah, having a penis pretty much precludes one from obtaining full custody unless the kid could conceivably wind up dead, and even then...

That's why. If he hadn't of done that he would have no proof that she was the one in the wrong. The mother's reaction to his accusations tell me everything i need to know. I promise that if he hadn't done this we'd be reading about this a few months down the road at his sentencing calling him a lying piece of shite who needs to be killed on the spot.
