Way back in ancient times when I was younger it was a well known fact that even if a woman wanted it they would still play "hard to get" because they didn't want to get the reputation that they were "easy" and a slut.
That's all Rush meant when he said sometimes no means yes if you can spot it.

The Progressives take everything that Rush says out of context and deliberately twist it into what they want it to mean so they can trash Rush.
