Clicking on those links and then the suggested acid rock/ psycodelic music once I got o YouTube gave me flashbacks!! makes me realize that there was a lot of sound that I never got close to back in the day. Thank the Rock Gods for archives

Just keep after it-there's a lifetime of music just in that genre.
Take a look at the earlier discussion about jazz-rock too.

Like CDAWG said, Ruth-Hemispheres. Their best album in my opinion. This album defines prog rock.

Loved "I Robot" by Alan Parsons Project back in the day. Could listen to the entire album. Of course, my mind was altered back then so that might have had something to do with it.
