I did sign the loan paper work. I can call the credit union and try to tell them they need to honor it. I don't care if they do or not. I have a bank I deal with on a regular basis ready to go at an even better interest rate and they are willing to give me gap insurance for free.

Why bother financing at the dealership in the first place if you're such a regular at this bank?

Well you are dumber than I thought. You get to legally get out of the credit union deal and get a better bank deal and you haven't done it yet? WTF do you want? Get the bank deal and call the credit union and say thanks but no thanks.
