I wouldn't do it, personally.
The bulk of the issues I've heard about with the 6.7 have occurred in the 450/550 series where they don't run DPF.

This board is the first any only place that I've read people saying to not do it. Every single other forum is full of people saying their mpg went up, egts went down, hp gained 100 easily, and shifts were like butter. Those are all good things, if reliability is there.
