BF2MC on OGXbox.
I had 1800 hours on it. Was a fun game, I enjoyed taking choppers solo and doing back flips in them and then lighting another helo up.
Last BF game I've ever been able to fly a helicopter in on a console.

fallout NV, Red Dead Redemption, Skyrim, Dragon Age Origins(one of my favs of all times), GTA5, Dead Space 1&2.
You say he likes super heroe games then the first two Arkham games would be great.
Coop stuff I differ to the clans. I am not much of a FPS.
Me and some friends used to play ghost recon and Left for Dead.

I had a pretty good time with the Fable games even though they are far from being a great game. Some parts of them were a blast.
Overall?
South Park most likely. Wasn't a great game, but man it was hilarious and fun. I need to play it again and see how the replayability is on it.

I think it was original Xbox, but I picked it up for free on the 360 arcade. They just released a HD version of 1 on steam that includes a mod kit. Should be interesting to see how people mod that game.
