Well depending on what they saw there may be surgical options such as a lap nissen. I'd work on cutting back alcohol, caffeine, late meals etc before surgery personally

Try gin and sleep sort of propped up a little on a pile of pillows rather than flat. I just saw something on this on Facebook recently. Best sleeping positions were stomach and side as I recall. Stop eating late.
