re: How long was your shortest stint at a former job?

5 months, but I transferred to a different hospital in the same hospital system. I'm not really sure if that's considered changing jobs, because I was ultimately being paid by the same party. My boss at the time was really disappointed that I was leaving and wanted to keep me, but understood that I was going through a career shift and the new position was more inline with my career goals.
