I have rarely ever seen a MBA as required. If you didn't have it on your resume then this isn't cause for being fired...why did they want to part ways? Sounds like a terrible recruiting organization.

It was apparently a requirement via HR for that position. Either that or I was horrible the first 2 weeks which I lean towards.
