I predict the banners will be back by homecoming. This happens all the time. I have been watching the DKE's get censored for 30 years.

Your comment is weak. It would be hard to argue that that the 1770 Boston Massacre was one of the top thirty (maybe -40) most important events in American history. There is no arguing that it was a tragedy. Some might argue it was a murderous crime, actually.
And there is, of course, no argument that Nike made light of the event and that Americans bought and wore the shirt.

I hate to see this tradition gone, as some of their banners were gold. I wish I could remember them all.
Seems when we played Oregon State (the Beavers) in that rain game there was a classic. Obviously, Beavers leaves many available avenues about which to make signs.
