Any other ideas possibly utilizing Italian dressing marinade, domestic light beer, or the best baton rouge or new Orleans burger

My go to is always asparagus and sweet potato, however the other night we had some red potatoes laying around so I cut them up, put them in a bowl, dumped some fresh garlic, dill, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper on it and baked for 30-40 minutes

Took them out, put back in the bowl, put in a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and a dab of butter and they were amazing

Wife was hooked. Tasted like a creamy hot potato salad with tons of flavor
