Maybe instead of trying to force some NFL commissioner to resign/get fired about a non-football related topic, they could instead go the route of trying to educate someone who obviously has little background in the subject matter. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to open up a discussion about the topic instead of just finding another replacement and go through the process again?
