He got enough intel on Dez Bryant to know that his mom is a prostitute.
But he can't gets his hands on a security video to punish an employee who brutally beats women?

You're confusing Goodell with former Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland. I do understand the point that teams gather a lot of information about players during the draft process but the NFL couldn't get a video tape from a casino in New Jersey though.
