I've never had one fail to fire and it seems to always shoot well. I've just never been impressed with terminal performance from the rounds I have experience with.
I do like the critical defense .357 mag loads because the sharp taper works well with speed loaders and it shoots well. I keep that in my speed loader and federal SJHP in the pipes.
