Do something like Charlotte's new court or their court from the 90s. I also liked the Rockets court in 1996.

someone asked about 2K earlier... and that's why authorization like that is required... licensing issues
see: Saints and black helmets in 1969... owner busted them out w/o authorization... NFL said no no no back to gold helmets... been gold ever since

I don't mind the skyline if it's toned down enough but I think the main logo is much better than the Bird de Lis

Bird De Lis is far far far and away the worst logo we have. Probably the only part of the rebrand I truly hate. Looks stupid and forced.

I agree, I hope they use the Crescent City Basketball logo. It just makes too much sense considering the court will have the skyline of the "crescent city"

if you're going full on NOLA... nothing says New Orleans like a fleur-de-lis... or in this case... a bird-de-lis
though I wouldn't be surprised if either the #2 logo (the Pelican and wings w/o the words), the CCB, NOLA Pelicans or the new NO basketball logo was inside the arc
intrigued by what the baseline/lane would look like if Gus is correct

It's been rumored that approval could delay the "bold" design, but I don't see why it should. It's one thing for items that need to be produced in advance of the season like clothing, but video games are the main thing affected by a last minute change to the court design. The way 99% of the people playing these games will update online, there's no reason 2k15 couldn't update the court after its been approved. That might explain why NBA Live had such a plain court, maybe they were waiting for an update.

so following the line the poster put... it's the court from last season w/ some "twist" added onto it
ETA: and the poster has only 10 posts before these... so take it for what it's worth
