So Wes Welker if he continues to play and ignore his previous concussions can sue the NFL later on or is the Broncos job to make Welker retire?

Exactly. How many players do you think would have quit on the spot if some research studies were made public. It's all BS.

If the team doctors withhold medical information from him to rush him back on the field, I would say he would have a claim. But they probably won't do that anymore like they used to when Seau played.
