MSNBC is pretty bad, as is Fox. Biden, sadly, makes the pundits on both networks seem like some alchemy of Nixon, Eisenhower, FDR, and Thomas Jefferson in terms of political wisdom.
To his credit he survived the disclosure that one of his campaigns for the presidency was based around... er... borrowing from a UK politician. So at least Biden is a cockroach with some extra armor plating.
